Scott Signs His First Book Deal!

Scott signed his first book deal with the University Press of Mississippi for his memoir about producing Southern roots records with artists such as Irma Thomas, Buckwheat Zydeco, Johnny Adams, Charlie Rich, James Booker, the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Dalton Reed, Ruth Brown, and many others. The book is slated for a 2021 release! He has been writing his heart out everyday - such dedication! This man has some stories to tell!
